Help wanted

After the "statement of persons nominated" is published (Monday 12 April 2010 for the local elections, unknown as yet for the general election) I will be endeavouring to publish a directory of candidates, including any relevant web addresses, twitter usernames, other social media profiles etc. If you know anyone who will be a candidate in either set of elections in Sheffield please get them to email in with details or of course if you are standing, email in yourself. I currently haven't decided on whether there will be any restrictions, for example on the number of links per candidate. As I have a requirement to be politically impartial I will be making an concerted effort to contact all parties and independent candidates and won't publish anything if the response is skewed, by any particular party boycotting the directory for instance.
