What is going on with the Sheffield City Region?

With the local election rapidly approaching Lord Scriven has been asking questions about exactly what will be happening with the Sheffield City Region Mayoralty that will be voted on in May.

The election for the mayor of Sheffield City Region will take place alongside the council elections on Thursday 3 May.
